1. Introduction
Welcome to BrewTechIT. By using our managed IT services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Service Description
BrewTechIT provides managed IT services, including but not limited to network management, cybersecurity, cloud services, and technical support.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, and using our services in compliance with applicable laws.
4. Payment and Billing
Clients agree to pay for services as outlined in their service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
BrewTechIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client data and information. We will not disclose client information unless required by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the service contract. Upon termination, client data will be returned or destroyed as per agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of County of Arapahoe/State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
BrewTechIT reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes.
